4.1 Engagement Terms

Any consulting services provided by MoatSquare are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Service Agreement) between MoatSquare and the client. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and do not supersede, any such agreement.

4.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we work diligently to deliver high-quality strategic advice and execution support, MoatSquare cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or market performance. Results depend on numerous factors within the client's control and broader market conditions.

4.3 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
